Once you submit the form, you will be emailed a password and log in information.

 

You can authorize anyone from your company to use any of the three assessments. You will be able to sign them up, monitor their progress and purchase the results when everyone has finished answering the questionnaires. An invoice will be issued when you are ready to view the results. Purchase may be made online by credit card for an immediate report of the results, or by check (your report will be issued once the check has cleared the bank).

 

The registration process does not obligate you to purchase anything. It will allow you access to the assessments site, where you will be able to view or download further instructions.
