Welcome to the Registration Form that will give you access to the Companies Are People, Too assessments. Once you submit the form, you will be emailed a password. This password, together with your name and your organization's name as submitted on the registration form, is the log-in information you need to discover "who" your company is.
You can authorize anyone from your company to use any of the three assessments. You will be able to sign them up, monitor their progress, and purchase the results when everyone has finished answering the questionnaires. An invoice will be issued when you are ready to view the results. Purchase may be made on-line by credit card, for instantaneous report of the results, or by check (your report will be issued once the check has cleared the bank).
The registration process does not obligate you to purchase anything. It will allow you access to the assessments site, where you will be able to view or download further instructions.
