The Companies Are People, Too Individual Profile is a 74-item questionnaire that profiles the personality preferences of an individual. It also corresponds to the Leadership profiles found in the book, Companies Are People, Too: Discover, Develop and Grow Your Organization's True Personality. It is a convenient way to combine the benefits of understanding individual and team personality preferences with organizational preferences. When your organization purchases both assessments, the results are presented in a scoresheet that depicts each person's individual preferences as well as their perception of the company's preferences.
The report includes a narrative of the personality type for each individual, a graph that visually depicts the scores in each of the four dimensions, and definitions of the individual dimensions and preferences.
