The Companies Are People, Too Customer Profile is an 84-item questionnaire that is useful for measuring how your customers experience your organization. It measures the same dimensions of personality as the Organizational Profile, so can be compared with the results of your company's profile. The Customer Profile is not recommended for use with customers who are not exposed to your company's inner workings.
The report includes a scoresheet depicting how each customer perceives the organization, as well as a composite score of every answer that results in the final profile. You will also receive a narrative of the profile with a bar graph that visually presents the results, and definitions of the organizational personality indicators.
